About the role

We are now recruiting for a Planner to join our Materials team. In this role you will be responsible for the product set up and planning of Accolade Wines premium portfolio and be the key contact for any actions to support planning through the supply chain and operations cycle. You will be part of a continuous improvement culture looking at all areas of premium wines operational performance.  

This role can be based at Weybridge or Bristol office with the opportunity to work from home. Also some flexibility around working hours will be required, for online meetings with colleagues in Australia.

This role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Lead premium product tracker meetings and develop and maintain dashboards for Operational and Commercial stakeholders 
•    Own the planning process for premium products from ensuring products are replicated onto UK business units in time for shipment, generating Commercial Europe compliant PIC and SKU via Master Data set up process 
•    Track and manage key milestones for customers and internal stakeholders
•    Raise and maintain stock purchase orders within JDE 
•    Provide visibility of supply and demand, inventory projections and resolve any imbalances 
•    Feasibility planning for business reconciliations, supply scenario planning and impact management
•    Develop and deliver improvements to process to ensure successful delivery portfolio

What you’ll bring:

•    Strong experience within planning, ideally in FMCG environment 
•    Experience of manufacturing planning, S&OP, MRP-II and ERP environments and advanced planning systems
•    Advanced Excel skills
•    Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify weaknesses in processes
