Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced User Success Program Manager with global responsibilities. The role will be vital for driving user success by helping them realize business value within all accounts and account segments. The role will work under the guidance of the Director for User Success Programs, with the wider User Success team and Product Advancement. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing Bentley’s User Success Programs, such as Coffee Corners, Open Mics, Answer Hours, and Virtual Conferences. These user programs will ultimately support the delivery and enable self-service of success plays.


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Bring breakthrough and proactive ideas to accelerate and amplify value delivery for Bentley Users
  • Develop and deploy interactive sessions that increase user engagement and improve positive user sentiment
  • Be responsible for the planning and execution of User Success Programs
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish and implement best practices to ensure the optimal outcome
  • Leverage user surveys for user success, product adoption, and retention
  • Create and execute campaigns to support a global team of colleagues and users
  • Ensure best practices are followed, with ongoing attention to positively impact:
  • Conduct user satisfaction surveys and analyze business analytics to review their effectiveness and for continuous improvement.


What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field of study. 5+ Years professional experience, including program management, marketing campaigns, and project management.  
  • Successful track record of organizing virtual and/or in-person programs, from planning to execution
  • Proven record of exceeding attendance targets
  • Experience in reviewing survey results for continuous improvement of user experience
  • Interdepartmental collaboration skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills; ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances with close attention to detail
  • Strong motivation to build and grow user communities, around the globe and for multiple Bentley applications
