Overview

Job Summary

Responsible for AGCO’s Customer Care area attending all brands regarding SAC and SAC 2.0 processes, using trello, Tableau, Sales Force and also all plant visit programs

 

Job Responsibilities

– Responsible for attendance, communications and alignment with the dealer network about Plant Visit, Sac and Sac 2.0 attendance and treatment – Preparation of final reports of all actions performed (Sac, SAC 2.0, Leads, Red alert, treats) – Responsible for managing the purchasing process of all actions anda budget involving Customer Care and Visiting. Plant – Continuous search for new suppliers/partners – Control of Visits of all plants (alignment with employess support and guides, scheduling, logistics, gifts, etc.); – SAC 2.0 – Customer Service in several channels (websites, social networks, phone, etc) – Responsible for the outsourced company that operates the customer service – Constant search for improvements and digitalization for better integration of internal processes

 

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree. Experience in the area of Customer Care Experience in the agro-market recommended
