Job Description

Exciting new role with the Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) OF Program Office. Improve product, processes to meet agreed-upon objectives for the acquisition. May redesign processes to meet cost objectives, component technology obsolescence and customer requirements. Help ensure manufacturability and conformance with the global supply chain, testing, process, and managing the transition into Keysight. Supports and implements the transition of products and manufacturing processes through the entire life cycle of the product. Partners with procurement, order management and technical services to improve/sustain products and processes. May direct the work of third-party vendors and/or partners to meet contract specified deliverables, performance, or business objectives. May work with suppliers to ensure achievement of goals for cost, quality and delivery of parts and materials. Will identify and manage ERP data such as bill of material and routing. Plans, evaluates, and recommends technical, quality and cost specifications to meet process design and business growth objectives and supply chain optimization.  Works with internal partners to meet quality, cost, and manufacturability goals.

  • Receives and develops approaches to assignments
  • Participates in development projects requiring coordination with team members, other functions, suppliers
  • Solves a broad range of problems varying in scope and complexity, under short deadlines to meet M&A integration deadlines.

Job Qualifications

Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent. No prior experience

  • New College Grad with Bachelor’s Degree or University Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Must be able to work on-site in Santa Rosa, CA to support assembly lines
  • Must possess strong organizational, time management, and task execution skills

Desired skills:

  • Familiarity with ERP
  • Familiarity with CAD or modeling software for use in layouts
  • Familiarity with simulation software
  • Basic knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
  • Basic knowledge of systems engineering
  • Effective interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts and work with other internal and external organizations

; may have up to 2 years’ relevant experience.
