About This Role:
Manages Manufacturing Engineering group in support of new products, continuous improvement and manufacturing processes.
Your Responsibilities Include: 

  • Responsible for implementation of continuous improvement projects and new product programs that will require product/process validation and proper engineering documentation.
  • Coordinates the development and procurement of manufacturing systems to assure devices are manufactured effectively and in a manner consistent with all BSC and industry regulations. Confers with Operations and Quality Engineering management to determine feasibility and cost effectiveness.
  • Influences, guides, and manages internal/external resources to achieve critical program goals.
  • Lead, supervise and schedule Engineers, Technicians and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Cross-functionally develops strategies to improve safety, quality, service, cost.
  • Provides significant guidance and approval regarding technical strategies and approaches.
  • Determines appropriate staff levels, schedules and resources needed for all engineering projects.
  • Must comply with requirements of ISO 14001 and BSC Environmental, Health and Safety standards and follow procedures and instructions related to these standards.


What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent Technology field
  • 8-10 years of engineering / related work experience
  • 2 years of people leadership experience
