SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
This role will be responsible for designing and implementing candidate sourcing strategies that enable the IT, Corporate and Operations Recruitment team to increase the volume of qualified, diverse talent hired into the organization. You will successfully manage projects and prioritize multiple deadlines and deliverables against a timeline. The Lead Recruiter will be a data driven individual expected to influence consistency across TA delivering on metrics and SLA’s. The candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of technology, operations and administration focused talent acquisition and functional areas of the business, building dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs. This position will actively recruit on positions across multiple business lines within the organization.
This role will also be responsible for a subset of the executive recruitment strategy across multiple functions in the organization as necessary. You will be responsible for candidate generation and unique and effective sourcing strategies to support and hire our Leadership team. Engage, manage and drive performance of search organizations as needed.
You will act as a leader to the Corporate and/or Operations Talent Acquisition team driving premium processes and standards as they align to our HR goals and company initiatives. You should have strong skills in time management/prioritization, demonstrate push-back with a sense of urgency and understand the value of providing customer centric service. The selected candidate should have a clear understanding of our HR initiatives and be a catalyst for change and positive reinforcement to the TA team.
