Overview

Responsibility:

 

Service Management – PC, Network Printer, Handheld device etc…  

Perform tasks in accordance with established IT SERVICE DELIVERY, ACE, ISO documented processes, using only approved processes and tools

Participating in the establishment, review and audit of ACE/ISO processes

Identification of service related issues and establishment of corrective actions where appropriate

Ensuring Provision Level 2 support for infrastructure (break/fix, preventive and asset management)

Other site backup as assigned

 

Cost Management

Ensuring external spending is managed in accordance with defined IT SERVICE DELIVERY/Corporate procurement processes, including leverage of global buying agreements where established

 

Requirement:

– Diploma degree or higher in Information Technology or related subject

– 1-2 Years’ hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure

– Good English and local language communication skills, written and verbal

– Experiences in IT Infrastructure  operations experience;

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities; strong interpersonal skills;

– Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work with minimal supervision
