The IT Analyst is an integral part of the Product Teams in the Agile Software Delivery Process. The DPE enriches the team in the areas of Requirements Engineering, Continuous Testing, and Production Support. They actively participate and prepares agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. The role is responsible to ensure compliance with all AGCO guidelines by all employees and teams, as well as compliance with all control processes and standards.

 

Your Impact

 

  • Requirements Engineering – Creation of user stories ensuring definition of integration points with other systems, working with stakeholders to clarify requirements, contribute to definition of wireframes and visual designs, define acceptance criteria, and support estimation meetings with development team.
  • Continuous Testing – Assist in the planning and execution of testing, define test conditions and scripts, support setting up test automation, and provide analysis of test results.
  • Production Support – Troubleshoot customer and dealer inquiries through the AGCO IT incident process, conduct error analysis and support development team, and monitoring of live systems to ensure uptime. 
  • Active participation and preparation for agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
  • Responsibility for compliance with all AGCO guidelines by all employees and teams, as well as compliance with all control processes and standards

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Business Analyst role or relevant on software development projects
  • Hands-on experience, working with Product Information Management (PIM) solutions, e.g. HYBRIS, Informatica
  • Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe)
  • Experience in requirements engineering, testing and production support is desirable

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
