Our Inside Sales Team is committed to supporting customers to identify best solutions for water treatment equipment. The team is extremely collaborative and looking for a self starter to help us meet our goals. The position can work from any of our facilities including New Prague, MN; LaCrosse, WI; Canton, GA; Houston, TX; or Tulsa, OK.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  2. Follow-up on sales funnel to qualify or kill
  3. Route qualified opportunities to outside sales for further development
  4. Work closely with outside sales and applications engineering on maintaining deliverables to customers.
  5. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  6. Quote standard items via pricebook for quick turn customers
  7. Work with accounting for customer setup documentation and finance requirements

Your Education Should Be…

Advanced degree or equivalent experience

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Primarily office, phone and computer work.

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • 3-5 years Sales/Customer Service background or relevant work experience required
  • Must be proficient with MS Windows applications; Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience with capital equipment or B2B  sales a plus
  • Experience with order processing software a plus
  • Prior sales call center experience preferred
  • Customer focus
  • Prioritization and organization
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Must be able to work independently within specific time constraints
