Could one of these opportunities be the perfect fit for you?
You’re an “unbeleafable” team player who excels at listening, speaking, and observing.
You welcome the idea of getting a little dirt on your boots and have the ability to perform physically demanding fieldwork. You possess a strong work ethic and consistently operate in a safe and efficient manner.
As the Field Assistant, you will be responsible for site level plans and ecosystem data collection. You will be involved in operational cruising, timber stratification and preliminary feature identification using Lidar data and imagery. You will never be “board” as you road and cut block layouts, preform riparian assessments and prepare field information mapping streams. What “wood” we do without you?
Ideally, you have a current or past enrollment in Forestry or Natural Resources Management program and/or forestry experience as well as a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
If you are the motivated, problem solving and ambitious type who likes to keep moving, stay challenged, and work with your hands, click that “apply” button today!
