Finance Warranty Manager
Stoneleigh (Warks)


The successful candidate will manage the actual accounting processes for the MF, Valtra and Harvesting brands, including liaison with auditors. They will prepare budget and forecast data for MF, Valtra and Harvesting and to provide explanations of the variances to the actual results to senior management. This is for both finance and the functional management teams for all EME brands. To prepare and explain warranty impacts and reserve requirements across all EME factories, to senior management of both finance and the functional management teams. They will ensure compliance with all aspects of US Reporting, and to ensure all EME brands follow appropriate and consistent accounting practices.

Your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Actual accounting processes

  • Budget and Forecast Completion

  • Warranty Reserve Review

  • Working closely with the Warranty Analyst

  • Adherence to SOX controls

Candidates should have:

  • Fully or Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)

  • Agricultural experience is an advantage but not essential

  • Experience with Statutory Reporting Compliance is essential

  • Knowledge of SAP and One Stream is desirable

  • Proven record of working closely within a team

  • Experience of continuous improvement processes
