The Facilities Coordinator – Vendor Management will be the on-site leader for our organization at the client account and will be the Single Point of Contact for all Compass Group services at the site. In the eyes of the client, this is the person that represents our company on a local level and will be the first point of elevation. The successful candidate must have extremely strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
Responsible for the overall delivery of managed services to the client. Services include, but are not limited to, Reception, Mailroom and Distribution, Shipping & Receiving, and Subcontractor management of Janitorial Services and Building Maintenance.
Will be responsible for successfully coordinating and supporting all activities of the department including ultimate financial responsibility including invoice reconciliation and approval.
Manager will interface with all levels of the facility staff in all matters relating to the Scope of Work at assigned Unit.
- 5+ years of Facilities Management experience within the Business & Industry sector
- Experience managing Vendors and subcontractors
- Prior experience supporting a technology company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- P&L Management
- Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented
- Team leadership Abilities; Staffing Recruiting, Development and Relations
- Planning, Organization & System Know-how
