Primary Function

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating our fabrication operations. In this entry level role, you will guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. The ideal candidate will be someone interested in learning technical skills, gaining leadership experience, and advancing within the company to become a business leader. This person needs to be a hands-on leader, has a roll-up your sleeves approach, a positive attitude and will work to empower and motivate their team to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment.


  • Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
  • Coach and mentor a diverse employee population
  • Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
  • Check production output according to specifications
  • Submit reports on performance and progress
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
  • Train new employees on safe use of machinery and enforce strict safety guidelines


  • Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in an accredited University required.
  • Prior internships or co-op assignments preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Lean concepts, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Strong drive to learn and grow in an organization, with a willingness to take on cross-functional roles over time.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Valid forklift driver’s license nice to have
