We are currently seeking hourly, entry-level production workers who have the abilities and aptitude to progress to the top job in each department line of progression. This job requires physical exertion in a heavy, industrial environment (examples include standing, reaching, twisting, exposure to extreme temperatures/ weather conditions, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Help production workers by performing duties of lesser skill. Duties include stacking boxes, demonstrate quality checks, reading a tape measure, set up a press, machine housekeeping including but not limited to cleaning work area and equipment and basic computer skills and operation of Power Industrial Trucks. Must be able to work any shift.
Applicants must be able to work in a team environment and must be available to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.
Industrial/ Manufacturing or other labor-intensive work experience is preferred.
Qualified candidates must successfully complete pre-employment screenings including an Assessment test, background investigation, drug screen, reference checks, employment and education verifications, and the requirements of the Immigration Reform Act.
High school diploma or equivalency is preferred.
