Responsibilities

• Management of all work orders, invoices, requests for information, bids and proposals, as well as change orders invoices throughout the life cycle of projects
• Consult with project teams and key departments as required for ensuring timely project execution
• Execute all CMR responsibilities while maintain a Zero Incident Mindset culture with Team Members and Contractors, including but not limited to evaluating safety performance and providing recommendations for continuous improvement 
• Attending coordination and progress meetings, making regular trips to departments during construction including bid walkdowns, preconstruction walks, in progress site visits, punch list walkdowns, and construction closeout
• Assisting contracted forces to resolve problems in the field with engineering, operating, and maintenance forces
• Planning, coordination, and report on status of construction per project deliverables. 
• Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents and monitor contract obligations with a goal of building relationships with reliable contractors and vendors
• Inform project team of any delays and cost increases in terms of equipment, material receipt, or construction force issues and respond appropriately to keep project on track
• Perform documentation and SAP activities throughout the project

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance, construction management or project management 
• 2-year associate degree, a plus
• Construction management certificate a plus
• Must be a self-starter and able to manage multiple tasks at a time
• Good planning, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods
• Knowledge of and strict adherence to safety practices and procedures
• Familiarity with management of change a plus
• Analytical skills and a desire to provide “attention to detail”
