Position Summary

Manage the overall coordination of digital experience creative, including managing timelines, organizing and leading meetings, gathering creative assets and/or requirements. Provide day-to-day support of digital experience design teams. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions

  • Work across multiple teams and organizations, manage the end-to-end process for bringing campaigns and initiatives to life within the digital experience
  • Manage the cross-functional workflow with the Marketing and Digital departments to coordinate key dates, milestones and delivery of creative assets
  • Manage projects through Workfront to creative is delivered accurately and on-schedule
  • Manage concurrent projects, deliverables, timelines, and notifications for all digital experience creative requests
  • Review design requests for cohesion and logic and gather requirements and assets
  • Seek ways to continually improve team collaboration, workflow and project processes
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure timely completion of all project milestones
  • Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Minimum Position Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital or related field
  • Ability to lead and motivate others while maintaining and building positive business relationships and partnerships
  • Ability to navigate and optimize workflow plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns/assets
  • Strong understanding of process and critical steps needed to deliver creative on-brand and on-schedule
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of individual personalities and work styles
  • Strong project leadership, prioritization, assessment, organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and educate business partners, cross-functional team members, and key stakeholders
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Marketing Management system (e.g. Bootcamp, Workfront, etc.)
  • Desired Previous Experience/Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in retail or related field
