Responsibilities:

• Month-end-closing responsibilities for global Engineering Controlling: system transactions; database cost center, hourly bookings control
• Being master data expert: for Project Server, SAP and other tools
• Support all SAP related updates and upgrades
• Monitoring and managing of capacity requests (workflow initiation)
• Monitoring and managing of Approval matrix for all relevant tools Ariba/Fieldglass/NTS
• Managing global intercompany transactions
• CAPEX workflow owner EU
• Budget allocation for projects EU
• WBS-element and Cost Center master data related tasks (creation/check /opening /closing)
• Support on planning and reporting of financial data
• Monthly reporting and consolidation responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or other Bachelor graduation
• Ideally 1-2 years of Controlling experience, preferable in international environment
• Business fluent in English; German desired
• Good analytical skills, self-driven-personality
• Fast learner, high reliability
• Highly self-motivated and result driven personality
• Very good MS-Office & MS-Access skills
• SAP basic skills
