We are now recruiting for a Compliance Assistant to join our global Winemaking Team.  Our team is responsible for ensuring that products sold in Australia, New Zealand and key Export Markets comply with the legislative requirements and we support the sale of existing products into new markets when sold from Australia.  You will also engage in a range of related business support functions related to wine profile, labelling/packaging and GS1 validation.  

You will be based in our Adelaide CBD office.

This role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Ensure regulatory requirements and business frameworks are adhered to across the product portfolio sold within ANZ and key Export Markets.
•    Key workflow gatekeeper for the compliance sign off of packaging materials and new market opportunities. These processes must run in accordance to the internal Service Level expectations.
•    Participate in a daily review of business priorities, prioritising key tasks and escalating any challenges to achieving these requirements.
•    Engagement with the rework and operational teams to identify where products need to be relabelled and sign off the relevant mandatory information.
•    Briefing new artwork development into packaging suppliers with requirements for legal changes and expected deadlines.
•    Maintain GS1 database with regard to GS1 reports.

•    Demonstrated attention to detail.
•    Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent relevant industry experience (Regulatory, Packaging Development or Product Management roles).
