What You Will Do:
Leadership Development

  • Lead a team of highly motivated processing techs in a high-speed production environment.
  • Motivate and empower your team to perform to the best of their abilities and maximize production quality. 

Continuous Improvement

  • Deployment of lean principles and tools
  • Engage internal peers and external cross-functional partners to improve standard work processes and material handling methods

Technical Development

  • Drives best practices across the operations organization
  • Improves the effectiveness of systems, policies, and procedures

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Successful completion of the Gallo Operations/Technical Management Program.
  • 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership and
  • mentoring skills.
  • Required to work day, swing or graveyard shifts as scheduled.

What Will Set You Apart
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 2 years of production, operations or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management plus 5 years of manufacturing operations management, or logistics operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
