Valtra Purchasing in Suolahti is looking for

Buyer, Operational Purchasing

to a temporary position (12 months)

In this role you will be able to work in a genuinely international environment with award-winning, high tech products. We are curious to seek out and develop new ideas in order to better serve our customers and employees, continuously improving what we do and how we do it. In our procurement department, you will be part of AGCO global purchasing working alongside experts in their field.

 

What You Will Do
As a Buyer, Operational Purchasing you will be responsible for general purchasing support including purchase order creation, vendor master data administration, invoice handling and tracking, investigation of invoicing data errors, root causes and corrective actions within nominated commodity areas. You will support and develop our purchasing in the area of CAPEX management. You will be working closely with Finance, Material Planning, Quality, New Product Induction departments as well as with other AGCO sites.

 

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in global purchasing, particularly valued is experience in serial production purchasing.
  • Relevant education (B.Sc. or M.Sc).
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and in Finnish.
  • SAP ERP experience.
  • Understanding of Purchase to Pay process.
