About the role
We are now recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our national Field Sales Team. The role looks after some of the best accounts across both On-Premise and Off-Premise channels, in order to achieve State and National sales results via excellent relationships and execution.
This role will manage Metro West (Fremantle area) with a quarterly regional run to Geralton. This role isfull-time and permanent.
Key responsibilities include:
• Achieve targets around call rate, coverage, distribution, trade spend, product mix and volume • Formulate and execute business development plans with your Sales Manager • Identify and activate continuous improvement areas • Execute seasonal or product-specific sales strategies, guided by our trade activation planning team • Keep our CRM updated and use it strategically to build sales pipeline.
What you’ll bring:
• 3 or more years of experience in FMCG field sales • Experience selling liquor (highly desirable, but can also be taught) • Proactivity, excellent organisational skills and a passion for wine!
