We are now recruiting for a 6 – 9 month Brand Manager contract role to join our face paced Marketing team at our office in the Sydney City CBD. 
You will drive & strategically manage the regional development of world-class Australian wine brands with a long-term vision, whilst also ensuring the delivery of short, medium- and long-term brand equity, market share and profitability via the production of brand & business plans.

This role is based in our new Sydney City CBD office, with flexibility to work from home.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Drive the development of annual regional brand and integrated activity plans for Australia/ New Zealand
•    Input into the development of Global brand strategies and business plans 
•    Provide efficient management of brand A&P budgets and reconciliation of accounts
•    Develop strong regional activation plans (aligned to global strategies/plans)
•    Assist in setting market and channel strategy development guidelines, especially as it relates to setting distribution targets by tier/varietal/price point/channel
•    Communicate & present brand standards, strategy and marketing programs to key stakeholders (internal & external)
•    Provide monthly brand performance and health reviews, tracking and reporting
•    Measurement and Evaluation (M&E) of key brand activities
•    New Product Development (NPDs), including supporting category rationale and sell in tools 
•    Support commercialisation (building sell in, launch and activation plans) of NPDs and existing range
•    Communicate & manage allocations strategy (strategic allocations by market consistent with brand plans)
•    General brand related administration not assigned to a service department within marketing
•    Website content management and maintenance/administration
•    Provide guidance to our Cellar door team and to the Assistant Brand Manager.

What you’ll bring:

•    Degree qualified in Marketing or Business-related subject.
•    Five years FMCG/Liquor Industry Marketing experience (experience in a wine related capacity an advantage)
•    Strong presentation and engagement skills 
•    Strong commercial acumen
•    Wine knowledge or passionate about wines
