The Role

Lumen has an exciting opportunity for a Verification Representative to join our team in Tarboro, NC. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to move into a full time role after 6 months. The Verification Representative handles incoming and outgoing calls in addition to validating customer registrations for offender calling programs. We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills, computer literate with call center experience, and able to work 9:00am to 6:00pm with the ability to flex and work 11:30am to 8:30pm as required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. 

The Main Responsibilities

  • Candidate needs to be computer literate with call center experience and strong customer service skills.
  • Candidate handles incoming and outgoing calls and validates customer registrations for offender calling programs.
  • Must be able to work any shift; seniority dictates hours. 

What We Look For in a Candidate

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service experience is required
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Experience with computers
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to work shift work as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Citrix experience
