Overview

About the role:

Supports the Dispute, Cash Applications, and Collection team with customer inquiries and month end closing support. Responsible for determining the root cause for dispute/deductions, understanding the order to cash process end to end, and resolving issues that consists of unpaid invoices and deductions/short payments in a timely manner.

 

You’re Responsabilities include:

  • Adhere to all financial and internal controls.
  • Support internal and external audits gathering data as needed. Build strong relationships with the collection team, contracts departments, customer service, and sales organization collaborating on resolution of issues and improve ways of working.
  • Assist with customer inquiries relating to payment claims, billing issues, providing constructive feedback to internal and external customers.
  • Independently set priorities, overcome challenges, and obstacles by taking responsibility to make decisions to drive goals/assignments to completion.
  • Build strong relationships with the collection team, contracts departments, customer service, and sales organization collaborating on resolution of issues and improve ways of working.
  • Support month end close activities including cash applications as needed.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
  • English Level desired: 70%.
  • Experience: At least 1 years
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Financial Acumen and Analysis
  • Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal)
  • Drive Continuous Improvement
  • Well versed in financial statement analysis
  • Experience with accounting/financial analysis (MS Excel) and systems skills
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Ability to communicate and engage well with internal and external customers
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge in Cash Applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Being able to communicate clearly on calls, email and written correspondence.
